Submission Guide

This guide explains the submission workflow to help authors understand what to expect when submitting a manuscript to the Sarawak Journal of Pharmacy.

Before You Begin

The Sarawak Journal of Pharmacy (SJP) welcomes manuscripts on clinical pharmacy, pharmacy practice, pharmacology, pharmacogenomics, pharmacoeconomics, pharmacoinformatics, pharmaceutics, regulatory pharmacy, public health, epidemiology, health policy, health sciences, medical laws and ethics, and traditional and complementary medicine studies worldwide.

Please read and follow the Guidelines for Author carefully. The Editorial Office reserves the right to return the manuscript for revision when the preparation is not in accordance with the Guidelines for Author or to reject manuscripts without peer review.

This section is shown to authors before they begin their submission to provide an overview of the process.

Once you begin, you may save your submission and return to it later. You will have an opportunity to review and correct all information before final submission.

Submission Checklist

Authors are required to confirm that their submission complies with all of the following requirements before proceeding.

Upload Files

During this step, authors are required to upload files needed for editorial evaluation.

Authors may also upload additional files such as data sets, conflict of interest statements, or other supplementary documents that may assist the editorial team during the review process.

Contributors

Authors are required to provide details for all contributors involved in the submission, including co-authors and other contributors where applicable.

Contributors added during this step will receive an email confirmation of the submission, as well as notifications of all editorial decisions related to the manuscript.

If a contributor cannot be contacted by email due to anonymity requirements or lack of an email account, please do not enter a false email address. You may provide additional details about such contributors in a message to the editor at a later stage of the submission process.
