This issue highlights the evolving role of pharmacists in modern healthcare delivery, examining the effectiveness of telephone follow-ups for patients using postal medication services for antiretroviral therapy and the critical identification of adulterants in local products sampled by the Sarawak Pharmacy Enforcement Branch. Furthermore, the issue addresses systemic safety through an audit of multi-dose drug labeling in ward settings and an evaluation of geriatric prescribing patterns based on the Beers Criteria 2019 to mitigate the risks of potentially inappropriate medications.
